Please note that this shipping policy apply only to online purchases within Sweden. If you purchased Cinderella products in other countries, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout in Sweden:
- Schenker - Small package: SEK 99,-
- Schenker - Medium package: SEK 199,-
- Schenker - Large package: SEK 899,-
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be longer.
Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs clearance).
Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to mainland Sweden.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Cinderella is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us per e-mail and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
